Vintage Penn State Sweatshirt by Signal

Here is a super cool sweatshirt by Signal, most likely from the 80s or early 90s. 50/50 blend of cotton and poly, and made in the USA. Penn State blue shirt with bold graphic on the front in white. Medium weight, super soft and comfy. The name Chug Wagner is on a patch on the inside next to the tag. It's in amazing condition with tons of life left! The tag says Medium 38-40, but here are the measurements taken laying flat. (refer to the last pic above to see how I measure shirts)
