Vintage Wrap Skirt by Briggs of New York

Here is an amazing wrap skirt from the 70s/80s by Briggs of New York. 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Tan fabric with crisp white stitching, built in tie, and a pocket on each hip. Medium weight, slightly sheer, and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 16, but here are the measurements taken laying flat:

Waist: 17" (ish. This number is hard to pin down due to the wrap-ness)

Hips: 24"

Length:  27"
