Vintage Virginia Beach T Shirt by Topico Bay

Here is a super cool vintage t-shirt from the 80s/90s by Topico Bay. 100% cotton, made in the USA. Neon green shirt with bold graphic on the front. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Large, but here are the measurements taken laying flat. (refer to the last pic above to see how I measure shirts)
