Vintage Two Piece Sleeveless Dress Set by Diane Von Furstenberg

Here is an amazing two piece dress set from the 70s by Diane Von Furstenberg. 50% cotton, 50% rayon, and made in Italy. I am always very reluctant to say "one of a kind" in these listings...unless it's something I made and I know for a fact there are no others out there. However, this one has stumped me for years. I found one black and white picture online of this print, but it was not this shirt and dress combo (see pic six). So, I'm sure there are others somewhere, but I sure can't find them. I wrote the vintage department at DVF, and they confirmed that these are legit, 1970s items. The scarcity makes them hard to put a value on, but I'll give it a shot. Tan fabric with diane von furstenberg in vertical striping in white. The top has a seven button front, with a button on each cuff. The dress is a straight line form with zero frills. These are fairly light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. This set is in amazing condition with tons of life left! The tag says Size 10, (the dress says tg 12) but here are the measurements when laying flat.
