Vintage Dark Blue Skirt from the 1970s/80s

Here is an amazing skirt from the 1970s or 80s. Feels like a blend of synthetic fabrics. Gorgeous blue color throughout, with white and red accents. Two button front, with five more down the front and a pocket on each hip. Medium weight, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 18, but here are the measurements taken laying flat:
