Vintage Teal Blue Pleasted Skirt

Here is a lovely little skirt. It feels like polyester or a blend. Rich teal blue color with subtle pleats around the waist. Buttoned back with a 7" zipper. Medium weight, slightly sheer, soft, and comfy. It's in amazing condition with tons of life left! The tag says Size 14, but here are the measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
