Vintage Striped Skirt by Prestige of Boston

Here is an amazing skirt from the 1970s by Prestige of Boston. Feels like it could be wool or a wool blend, and made in the USA. Lovely fabric of blues, off white, and dark goldy green. Zippered back with a button above it, and a built in tie...I chose a front tie for the pic, but do what feels right. There is a half slip built in the back side, and a lovely multicolored rim sewn around the top inside. This one is medium weight, and slightly sheer. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 14, but here are the measurements taken laying flat:
