Vintage Sleeveless Striped Dress by Wrangler

Here is an amazing sleeveless dress by Wrangler. Feels like maybe a cotton blend, and made in the USA. Blue and white striping throughout. Sweet ring and cross strap detail on the back. Small pocket on the left hip. Sheer, light weight, so soft and comfy. The shoulder strap on the wearer's back right is hanging by a thread. Quick fix for someone handy like that. It's in otherwise excellent condition with tons of life left. The tag says Small, but here are the measurements taken laying flat. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
