Vintage Sleeveless Striped Blouse

Here is a cute little sleeveless blouse. Dark blue and white horizontal striping with dark blue piping accent. 12" zipper down the back. The bottom hem seems rough cut, so I'm not sure if that was stock, or someone did it. But it's well done and looks nice. This one is light weight, incredibly soft, and super comfy. It's in amazing shape with tons of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat (please see the last pic for how I measure shirts)
