Vintage Sleeveless Strap Blouse from the 90s

Here is a super cool vintage blouse from the 90s. Feels like a blend of man made fabrics. Sheer black layer with floral designs and a hint of glitter over a deep red under layer. It's fairly thin, light weight, slightly sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left. Here are the measurements taken laying flat.
