Vintage Sleeveless Plaid Dress by Stephan Ltd.

This is a wonderful sleeveless dress from the 70s/80s by Stephan Ltd. Feels like it could be a cotton blend, and mad in the USA. Beautiful plaid of purple, green, blue, and maroon. Zippered back with one button closure at the back of the neck. Subtle pleating on the skirt part, with a pocket on each hip. Medium weight, soft and comfy.
