Vintage Sleeveless Off White Dress by Dutchmaid

Here is a lovely sleeveless dress from the 70s by Dutchmaid. 65% polyester, 35% cotton, and made in the USA. Off white fabric with brown stitching and buttons. Twelve buttons down the front, a buttoned pocket on each hip, and two decorative buttoned lapels. Matching removable belt with two button closure. Light weight, sheer, thin, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says 38, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses).
