Vintage Short Sleeve Green Dress Handmade by Lucy

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 70s by Lucy. I'm not sure who Lucy was, but she knew what she was doing. Feels like all man made fabric. Lovely fabric with textured geometric pattern throughout. Zippered back and nice body shape overall. It is medium weight, slightly sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
