Here is a gorgeous sleeveless dress by Joni Blair California. Feels like a mostly or all polyester. Black background with a bold and vivid floral print throughout. Black tulle under the skirt section makes for a great shape. There are also metal or plastic strips down the front at the seams to help keep the shape. Elastic at the neck strap, and a zippered back.
