Vintage Sleeveless Dress by Liberty Circle

This is a wonderful sleeveless dress from the 70s/80s by Liberty Circle. 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester. Green with adorable white floral graphic. Nine buttons down the front, removable matching cloth belt. This one is thin, light weight, sheer, soft and super comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 14, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
