Vintage Sleeveless Dress by Jerell of Texas

Here is an amazing sleeveless dress by Jerell of Texas. 100% polyester. White dress with green and white polka dot accents. One button at the collar. Medium weight and fairly sheer. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left. The tag says Size 13, but here are the measurements taken laying flat. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
