Vintage Sleeveless Party Dress from Francais by Huey Waltzer

Here is a lovely sleeveless dress from the 80s/90s by Francais Huey Waltzer. 70% acetate, 30% rayon, and made in the USA. Red (much more true red than the pinkish that appears in the photos) and black dress split right down the middle. The red side is silky smooth. The black side feels like the softest velvet. Zippered back with clasp and snap closures at the top. Lovely red bow studded with the finest fake gemstones. Five inch slit up the middle of the skirt section. This is a perfect dress for any prom or party where you want to shine! It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 4, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses).
