Vintage Sleeveless Dress

Here is a lovely sleeveless dress from the 70s. 100% polyester and made in the USA. Red blouse section with five buttons and a built in tie. Skirt section is a heavier weight knit of black and white, with a hidden pocket on each hip. Straight forward good looks in a simple package. It's super light weight and thin on the top, medium weight on the bottom. Both are some level of sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 12, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses).
