Vintage Sleeveless Brown Pleated Dress

Here is a sharp vintage dress. This is predominantly polyester I would guess, based on the feel. It's brown, with tan at the bottom. The whole front side is pleated, while the back is smooth. It has loops for a belt, but no belt itself. The tag says size 12, but here are the exact measurements.
