Vintage Sleeveless Blue and White Striped Dress by Wrangler

Here is a gorgeous sleeveless dress by Wrangler. Feels like maybe a cotton blend, and made in the USA. Dark blue and white striping throughout. Sweet little plastic ring detail at the back of the straps. Pocket on the left hip. It's sheer, thin, soft, and super comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Small, but here are the measurements when laying flat:
