Vintage Sleeveless Blouse by Water, Water, Everywear

Here is a super cool vintage blouse from the 80s by Water, Water, Everywear. 100% cotton and made in the USA. White shirt with light tan knit waistband. Three button collar. It's very light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left. The tag says Medium, but here are the measurements taken laying flat. (refer to the last pic above to see how I measure shirts)
