Vintage Short Sleeve Striped Dress by Sally Lou

Here is a wonderful short sleeve dress by Sally Lou. Feels like mostly or all polyester, and made in the USA. Black dress with red, white, and blue striping. Three buttons on each shoulder, with one at the end of each sleeve. Small shoulder pads present, as well as a matching belt. Thin, light weight, soft, and sheer. In amazing shape with lots of life left! The tag says size 18, but here are the exact measurements.
