Vintage Short Sleeve Striped Dress by Grand Avenue

Here is a lovely vintage short sleeve dress by Grand Avenue. It's 100% polyester. Stylish fabric features white striping on a dark blue background. Perfect amount of ruffle at the collar with a built in tie, and matching removable thin cloth belt. Fairly sheer, thin, soft, and so comfy. It's in great shape with lots of life left! The tag says size 24 1/2, but here are the exact measurements.
