Vintage Short Sleeve Striped Dress by Blondie and Me

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 80s by Blondie and Me. 50/50 blend of polyester and cotton, and made in the USA. Dark blue and white striped blouse section with a four button front. Fairly large shoulder pads are present. The skirt section is all blue with six decorative buttons down the back. There is a blue plastic belt, though I'm not sure it's original. This one is medium weight, sheer, soft and comfy. The bottom button on the back has come unattached (see pic 4). It's in otherwise amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 9/10, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
