Vintage Short Sleeve Red Dress by Kay Windsor

Here is an adorable short sleeve dress by Kay Windsor. Feels like mostly or all polyester. Lush red fabric with raised wave pattern throughout. 21" zipper down the back, and a sweet built in half tie with buttons. Timeless shape and a gorgeous color on this one. Medium weight but slightly sheer. It's in amazing shape and has years of life left. The tag says size 14, but here are the exact measurements.
