Vintage Short Sleeve Polka Dot Dress by Byer Too

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 90s by Byer Too. 90% nylon, 10% spandex, and made in the USA. Deep red fabric with white polka dots throughout. A bit of an empire waist cut. This one is thin, light weight, sheer, soft and super comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Medium, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses) 

Please note that due to the spandex-y nature of this material, you can safely add a few inches to the bust, waist, and hip measurements.
