Vintage Long Sleeve Polka Dot and Floral Dress by Pretty You

This is a wonderful long sleeve dress from the 70s by Pretty You, a division of Montgomery Ward. Feels like mostly or all polyester. Black (or very very dark brown) fabric with polka dots and lovely floral designs throughout. Six button front with a button on each cuff. Extra room in the sleeves, almost like a wing. This one is thin, light weight, sheer, soft and super comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 18, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses) 

Bust 18" (this number is hard to be specific about due to the wing-y nature of the sleeves)

Waist 14" (elastic here stretches to about 19")
