Vintage Short Sleeve Plaid Dress by Eber

This is a wonderful sleeveless dress from the 70s by Eber. 65% polyester, 35% cotton, and made in the USA. Beautiful plaid of maroon, pink, blue, and gray. Slight puff to the shoulders, one button keyhole at the back, matching detachable cloth belt. Fairly light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 11, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
