Vintage Short Sleeve Plaid Blouse by Russ

Here is a super cool vintage blouse from the 70s/80s by Russ. Feels like a polyester and cotton blend. Lovely plaid print, with seven button front, and a buttoned tab on each cuffed sleeve. It's very thin, sheer, light weight, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left. Here are the measurements taken laying flat.
