Vintage Short Sleeve Off White and Blue Dress

This is a super fun and playful short sleeve dress. Feels like mostly or all polyester. Off white and teal blue fabric. Nice collar shape, thirteen inch zipper down the front. Skirt feels like what you imagine when you think polyester. Blouse has more of a light sweater feel. Medium weight, sheer, soft, and comfy. There are a few pulls throughout the skirt section (see pic 4). It's in otherwise amazing condition with years of life left. Here are the exact measurements taken laying flat.
