Vintage Short Sleeve Oatmeal Dress

Here is a lovely short sleeve dress from the 70s. Feels like a polyester blend. I call it oatmeal, but the fabric is a blending of light tan with white and gray/brown design. Eight button front with a pocket on each breast, and vertical lines on each side of the collar. It's light weight, sheer, thin, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses).
