Vintage Short Sleeve Green Floral Print Dress

Here is an adorable short sleeve dress. No tags present. Feels very soft and cottony. This one looks like it could be handmade. Wonderful floral print in green on a white background. Slight V neck with sweet stitching. Ties built in to the front, long enough to tie in the back or reach all the way around for a front tie. Medium weight but fairly sheer.
