Vintage Short Sleeve Green and White Polka Dot Dress

Here is a lovely vintage short sleeve dress. It feels like mostly or all polyester. The fabric is several shades of green with off white polka dots throughout. Nice sewn in velvet and jewel designs at the front of the collar. Subtle pleat detail to the dress section. Small shoulder pads are present. This one is very thin, incredibly sheer, light weight, soft, and comfy. It's in great shape with lots of life left! Here are the exact measurements.
