Vintage Short Sleeve Geometric Print Dress by Tanner

Here is a beautiful short sleeve dress from the 1970s by Tanner of North Carolina. Feels like mostly or all polyester. Awesome geometric print fabric in green, white, and blue. Five purple buttons down the front, with a pocket on each hip. Thin, light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left! The tag says Size 10, but here are the measurements taken laying flat:
