Vintage Short Sleeve Dress by Laura Ashley

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 90s by Laura Ashley. 100% rayon and made in Great Britain. Lovely floral print throughout with nice shape in the blouse section and a pleated skirt section. Zipper on the left side. It's thin, light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Size USA 10, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
