Vintage Short Sleeve Dress by La Belle

This is a classic short sleeve dress from the 90s by La Belle. 100% polyester and made in the USA. Black fabric with beautiful floral design throughout. Empire waist with a built in tie. Thin, light weight, sheer, soft, and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left. The tag says Medium, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat.
