Vintage Short Sleeve Dress by India Imports of Rhode Island

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 70s/80s by India Imports of Rhode Island. 100% cotton and made in India. Gorgeous greenish blue fabric with light blue stitching. Pleated front with three buttons and a clasp. Thin, light weight, slightly sheer, soft and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Size Small 11-12, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
