Vintage Short Sleeve Dress by Howard Wolf Boutique

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 70s by Howard Wolf Boutique. Feels like a blend of fabrics. Dark blue with white accents and blue stitching. The blouse section is solid, the skirt and sleeves are lighter, more see through fabric. Built in slip under the skirt section, zippered back, and adorable bow on the front.
