Vintage Short Sleeve Dress by C'est George

This is a super fun and playful short sleeve dress by C'est George. 100% cotton and made in the USA. Yellow fabric with white and black striping. Seven button front, with a white removable cotton belt. Thin, light weight, sheer, soft, and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left. The tag says Medium, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
