Vintage Short Sleeve Blue Dress

Here is a lovely short sleeve dress from the 70s. Feels like a polyester blend. Dark blue fabric with red accents. Very simple straight line shape with slight pleating on the front. This looks to be maybe a kid's size. Wear it as a dress, wear it as a top. Do your thing! Light weight, sheer, thin, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says 5...I'm assuming that's the size. Regardless, here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses).
