Vintage Short Sleeve Blue and White Dress by Kenny Classics

Here is a super sweet little vintage dress by Kenny Classics. Probably mostly or all polyester. Dark blue material with white accents. Gorgeous V shape to the neckline, accented by rows of stitching. Six purpley black buttons on the front. Large shoulder pads that would be easily removed. Matching plastic belt. Medium weight but fairly sheer. It's in amazing shape with lots of life left!
