Vintage Short Sleeve Blue and Red Plaid Dress

Here is a wonderful short sleeve dress. 80% polyester, 20% cotton, made in the USA. Gorgeous plaid print in blue, red, green, white, and yellow. Seven pearl look buttons down the front. Sweet ruffle around the collar to the shoulders, at the end of the cuffs, and at the bottom of the dress. Includes matching cloth belt. Thin, light weight, soft, and fairly sheer. In amazing shape with lots of life left! The tag says Size 9, but here are the exact measurements.
