Vintage Short Sleeve Black and White Polka Dot Dress by Periwinkle

Here is a lovely short sleeve dress from the 70s/80s by Periwinkle. Feels like cotton to me, and made in the USA. White dress with black polka dots all over. Eleven buttons down the front, with a button on each cuff and a faux pocket with button on each breast. Fairly large shoulder pads present. Light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 12, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses). PS this one is too large to look good on this small form. The pics don't do it justice. When it's on the right body, it's gonna look amazing!
