Vintage Pleated Pants by Chic UNWORN!

Here is an amazing pair of vintage pants from the late 80s or early 90s by Chic. 100% cotton and made in the USA. Super dark blue color with pleated front. They look a hair purple in the pics, but they are blue. Zipper and button on front, a pocket on each hip, and rolled cuffs. These are brand new pants, never been worn, with the original tags still attached. They are in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 12 tall, but here are the measurements taken laying flat:
