Vintage Plaid Skirt by New Issues

Here is an amazing skirt from the 1970s by New Issues. Feels like a blend of synthetic fabrics. Gorgeous plaid in bold colors throughout. There is a hip pocket on the right, and an elastic waist with lots of snap. Medium weight, soft and comfy. There is a hole on the front that was plugged with fabric from an inside seam. It's about six inches from the bottom, but because of the colors and busy-ness of the pattern, it's not super obvious. It's in otherwise excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat:

Waist: 11" (elastic here stretches to about 17")

Hips: 21"
