Vintage Pastel Blouse by Nicola Size 4

Interesting combo of pastel tiger stripes in pink, blue, yellow, and gray. On top of the tiger stripes pattern is a subtle floral pattern too. Tapers at waist with darts. Pleats at shoulders. High collar has a kerchief look to it. Closure with white buttons down the back. Shoulder pads. Tag says Nicola, Made in USA, 100% Polyester, Size 4. Seems to run true to size, but here are the measurements when laying flat: Bust: 17" Length: 24" Sleeve Length: 22"
