Vintage Pants from the 1970s by Garland

Here is an amazing pair of vintage pants from the 1970s by Garland. Feels like mostly or all polyester, and made in the USA. Bold red fabric with a bit of orange in it. Button, clasp, and zipper on the front. Pretty substantial flare to the bottom of the legs. These are sleek, stylish, and cool. They are medium weight. They are in excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat:
