Vintage Paisley Skirt from the 1970s/80s

Here is an amazing skirt from the 1970s or 80s. Feels like a blend of synthetic fabrics, and it looks like it could be handmade. Wonderfully bold paisley print on the fabric. Zipper and double clasp on the back. Light weight, thin, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! Here are the measurements taken laying flat:
