Vintage Long Sleeve Striped Dress by Serbin

This is a wonderful long sleeve dress from the 70s by Serbin. Feels like a cotton blend, and made in the USA. Lovely striping of black (or super dark blue), green, purple, and pink. Five button front, removable belt with gold buckle, a button on each cuff, and hidden pocket on each hip. Small shoulder pads are present but easily removed. It's medium weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 6, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
