Vintage Long Sleeve Striped Dress by P.V. Rich

Here is a gorgeous long sleeve dress by P.V. Rich. Made in the USA. Feels like a wool or heavy acrylic blend. Horizontal striping of black and grays in the blouse section, vertical stripes in the skirt. Wonderful shape to the chest with two decorative buttons at the left shoulder. Knit collar and cuffs. Ten inch zipper down the back. Small shoulder pads are present. Fairly heavy weight to this one. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says size 9-10, but here are the measurements when laying flat:
